Hi everyone,

Decided to give myself a treat tonight so took myself off to the pictures. On the way I stopped off at the supermarket and lo and behold found Cadbury Lite chocolate and sugar free lollies made by equal (caramel cremes and berries and creme). Safeway Prahran had them (only the Double D sugar free varieties at Coles in Prahran).

Cadbury lite chocolate (15g = 4 squares), had 8 squares, cals:116, carbs:2.14, prot:1.62, fat:8.34
Equal lollies strawberry and cream per 4g lolly, had 8 lollies, 80 cals, 0 carbs, 0 prot, 3.04 fat.
Equal lollies caramel creams per 4g lolly, had 2 lollies, 30 cals, 0.08 carbs, 0.24 prot, 1.36 fat.

1 can diet coke 2 cals, 0.4g carbs.

Pretty darn good I reckon. Yes, I did have a rumbly tummy but being in a confined space had to contain myself. Let fly on my solitary walk home...nothing too sinister.

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie - equal mix of guys and girls - definitely a chick flick but one guys can certainly relate to.

I'm probably young at heart (44 years old) but I found it really entertaining.

Kate Hudson comes across as absolutely gorgerous (what a body!) and funny and Matthew McConaughey is not too bad on the eye and plays his humourous role very well also.

So, I will definitely take me out again any time....I was very good company and had a great night!

P.S. Hubby stayed home and watched footy (looks like I will be seeing a few movies this footy season...I have two sons also...all die hard Carlton fans....). Male dominated household and I don't enjoy footy much - but each to his/her own!

Hope I get a chance to see that one b4 it leaves the cinema, unfortunately at the moment the only ones I am getting to see are ones that my 11 year old son will enjoy, like JOhnny English.
On sunday we are taking him to the drive-in, big adventure as he has never been to one b4. I hope it's not raining and unfortunately again it is screening 8 mile which bf and I have seen but the youngen is wanting to see and Jackass which we havn't seen.;)

If the drives turns out to be a pain it won't be all bad as we are going to have an early Tea with a girlfriend I have not seen in a while too, that should be good. And to my critics I shall only be having steak and salad.........mmm they make such yum steak, RBB you would know the place, Amaretto's in Osbourne park.:D

Know how you feel. Kids rule!!! Last night I asked my two boys (17 +19) if they wanted to go to pics with me....

What a haggle. One wanted to see Anger Management (Jack Nicholson and Adam Sandler) which would have been okay, the other took forever to answer (how dare I interrupt him while he was on phone). Long story short, left them to their own devices with dad to watch footy, while I escaped on foot.

So glad I went to see How to lose a guy in 10 days. Had a great time.

Sure you will enjoy it if you get the chance.

Glad you liked it. My sons want to see Xmen and are holding their breath to see The Matrix sequel - I believe it will have a special viewing at IMAX...the huge screen.
