Hey Guys...

Ive been dieting for the past 6 months now - however, im starting to stall as i get closer to my weight. I know this is normal, however i can see this turning into a plateau, as i havent lost any weight for about 2 weeks now...

To get things going again, would thermogen or durathon be the better choice ??

I wouldve thought thermogen, but ill defer to the experts !! :D

Cheers,

Personally I've used both. Durathon worked for me for the first month then nothing.
Burners (tried Thermogen and Maxitrim) which I tried later did'nt do anything but by that stage maybe nothing was going to help as my body was hanging onto the fat as best as it could.

Just wondering if your at a stage where your body is holding onto your fat and won't want to let go...what can you do to shift the fat if the fat burners aren't working???

Oh I've been at that stage for a long time now.

Hehe I'm still trying to figure that out crissy! :)

I dare say I would be better off trying to maybe bulk a little and then diet again. But saying it and actually doing it are two different things!

That said I am quite slim now, I'm just fine tuning a few things.
Like you said in your diary about reaching goal and then wanting to set a new one!

mmm thanks..let me know when you figure it out?? hehehe

GOOD LUCK!!

i might go in and have a read of your diary from start to finish..but i'd really like to know the type of transition you made while you were losing the weight how you decreased your calories little by little to KEEP losing your weight until you get to your goal and shifting your percentage of PFC also...
OR if the PFC stayed the same??

mmi guess it's abit of a trial and error since everyone is different.

okay good luck again and chat again soon!!

Crissy I never counted untill I had been stalled for a while at 60kg.

Then I was around 1500 calories with roughly the same ratio (I say roughly because my carbs sat at 8%) that is mentioned in the Getting Started thread. This got me down to 56kg. I had weeks where I did'nt lose and weeks where I did. It was just a matter of squeezing it out , and being patient. My hormones were all over the place at the time which I think was the main culprit.

PS: My diary is very long and I ramble ALOT! :D

I am from the US but have been in the UK for a few months on work....I am assuming that you can get anything shipped here from the US as I have ordered my bottle of Lipovarin and had it shipped.
