I remember reading something about the royals taking colloidal silver for there health back in midle ages. Hence the term blue bloods..It was very expensive and they were the only ones who could afford it....I then heard about it again when my sister in law had lung cancer. She was taking it at a homeopath's suggestion...

Yes I take 30 mls on a daily basis. Minerals serve as catalysts, facilitating our body’s ability to use the other three types of nutrients. In other words, without a full complement of EACH of the 60 essential minerals our bodies are unable to fully utilize the amino acids, fatty acids and vitamins we give it on a daily basis!

Hi everybody,
If there is one thing you should take an interest in, minerals should be at the top of the list. It seems that these elements are the absolute foundation to optimal health. I have read threads which talk of confusion about what to take and how much of it should be taken and it has prompted me to write a response.
From my experience and my limited research, I have found colloidal minerals to be the best form of mineral supplementation around. If anyone gets the chance, they should read as much as possible on them. There are many reasons why they are at the top of my list.
Such examples include:
over 90% bio availabilty
negatively charged (if you research you will understand the importance of this)
broad spectrum of over 80 different minerals
no toxicity if overdosage occurs (unlikely to occur)
These are just a handful of reasons. I also read in another thread that someones grey hair had diminished whilst taking colloidal minerals. Well that's no joke folks, that's the mineral copper doing it's job.
Every mineral serves a purpose in your body. If you don't take in these trace elements, then all the vitamins, protein, fat, carbs in the world wont make a difference. If you would like some good resources or reading material then Private Message me and I will give you some links.
Best of luck and Good health.
