Have anyone heard of Carboslim Weight Management Formula from Natural Nutrition? The carboslim said to share some elements with high protein diets, because it reduces the percentage of calories absorbed from carbohydrates and shifts the balance in favour of protein and fat as energy sources.
Could anyone advise me whether this supplement suit our low carb lifestyle?

There's a number of products you could take to supposedly stop the absorption of bad carbs if you know that you can't avoid having carbs - like going to a wedding - but they're not really going to help educate you on what you can and can't eat to maintain your weight. It's much better to eat the right carbs.:)

wasn't planning to have any more of bad carb, annelies.. hehehe..
just thought that Carboslim could help in case of a 'little too much' of good carb as in Induction 20g of carb could be very limiting isn't it?

Julie stick with 20g for induction, it is really important that you do so.
