Berry Smoothie:

(This recipe is a favourite of Kate Hudson, who was put on a high-protein, low-carb diet to lose her post-baby weight).

Not suitable for induction, probably just for maintenance.

Blend:
2 strawberries
5 raspberries
and 1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
until smooth. Serve in a small glass.

I think 1/2 cup of pineapple is 5.6g carbs?? Maybe 8g carb for smoothie?

We could probably make a lower carb version without the pineapple. Any ideas?

Yep you could replace the juice with flavoured protien shake mixed with some water (fruity ones or vanilla), essences and cream would do the trick. Should be able to get a few different variations with them.
