Negative Experiences

This is my last visit to this web site. I have not logged on for a while. I was just interested to see if any one said anything negative about the outcome of their low carb experience...I couldnt find any, however i did not look for long!!

nope no negative experiences, except for when i eat higher carb foods.

If you're going to make a comment like that then back it up with some information. Did you have a negative experience low-carbing? Low-carbing doesn't work for everyone but it has worked for so many people. Why do you feel that you have to be rude?

nice to read a mature response??? if you have had a bad experience by all means tell us, you might be surprised by the help and support that is on offer here. but don't diss people, no one's done anything to you to deserve it.

Is she for real or what? How negative. We are the lucky ones. In fact we don't need her luck. We already have the answer to our weight loss and healthy lifestyle. Poor thing she has just missed a chance to make a difference. If she couldn't find anything negative and if she had used her brain she might have realized there isn't anything. It works. It would be good to hear of her experience though.
