I hadn't heard of them, but there may be an ingredient that doesn't agree with you....Here is a Q and A on them that may help you.. check out the ingredients to make sure there is nothing that you have an intolerance to..

I prefer not to take slimming tablets as once you stop taking them the body tends to start with the bad cravings...:(
Having said that the ingredients seem to be all natural herbal suppliments so may be ok, but you would need to have a healthy eating plan and exercise as well, even though they say you don't need to diet.....:)

Hey there Sally!

Welcome to our forums :)

I thought I'd seen them all until I saw that, theres a couple of ingredients I've never heard of before. I am thinking the sida one may be ephedra?

My advice to you would be to look up all the ingredients individually aswell.

Oh and I should mention you should be able to find info on the ingredients on a site like supplementwatch.com

I'll have a look in my bookmarks tommorrow and see if theres anymore still active, I used to have some good ones.

But for now I must go to bed I keep dozing of at the keyboard, been very busy hehe

Hope you feel better too Sally. I would ditch the slimming tablets. If you want to lose weight its best to just change your diet. Are you interested in low carb at all?
Also, make sure you have had blood tests done before dieting to rule out any thyroid or hormonal issues that can be contributing to your weight gain.
Why can one person with the same energy output eat the same calories as someone else and one gains weight and the other maintains or even loses weight? The person who gains probably has a slow metabolism, less muscle mass, thyroid or hormone issues, insulin resistance etc. We must improve our health to achieve permanent weight loss.

I'm studying naturopathy at the moment, hence the big spiel.:)

losing weight that fast is definetely not good for your health..Following a healthy diet and some form of exercise is the way to go...

Good luck anyway Sally!!!

Oh thats no good Sally!

You never said whether you are dieting or not?

Assuming not, well your in the right place if you want to try out a low carb diet.

Feel free to tell us a bit about yourself in the low carb beginners section or start a diary in the members diary section, we will be more then happy to help you get started!

Also pick yourself up a copy of the atkins diet revolution, its a good read and you should find it cheap to buy.

We're more then happy to answer any questions you have.

Good luck!
