Have any of you read the book Slim forever by Dr Robert Harris.
I have found it to be very useful as I have been low carbing for quite some time but struggle to actually lose very much weight - even when in ketosis the weight is very difficult to move. This book gives a few hints that I have found actually made me start to lose weight. Probably my body is so stubborn about giving up the fat that any little thing is going to make a difference. He gives a guide about how many gms of protein for body size and how many gms carbs. Anyway thought some of you may like to know this.
