Hello,
I have a question about the carb count for the Darryll Lea Low Carb Choc coated almonds.
The nutritional analysis on the pack says:
Per 100g:
Protein:12.9g
Fat:41.9g
Carbs: 10.9g total , 1.8g sugars
Now the Darryll Lea Choc bar per 50g only has 2.3g total carbs with less than 0.2g sugars.
So, I'm confused as the pack of almonds certainly does not contain as much chocolate as the bar. Do the almonds contain a lot of carbs? (I just looked up almonds, they have 4.5g of carb for 90g). That leaves 6.3g for the chocolate....which I don't think can be correct, according to the figures on the regular Darryll Lea LC Choc bar. Could this be sugar alcohols that are being counted in the carb total?
Does anyone have the exact usable carbs for the 90g pack of choc coated almonds.
Rosanna, as you sell these in some of your starter packs do you have the correct figures so I can record it in my fatlocity spreadsheet.
Many thanks,
ozgal
