Hi guys

Just thought i would keep you updated on my progress. i have los another .4 kilos so in total 1.4 (NOT THAT MUCH) but i actually look smaller in body size too which is giving me extra motivation:) . i have been training with weight consistantly so i guess that is why i am looking smaller. i have decided not to look at the scales too much cos they fluctuate too often. It's been 2 1/2 week now so i am pretty satisfied with my results. Just thought i would let you no

Good for you Nicole, I found the only way I could lose those last few kgs in the end was with refeeding which in itself can be really hard to get your head around after dieting real strictly for so long.

Do you keep a record of measurements Nicole?

yeah i do. Actually it's pretty weird cos i look smaller but my measurements havent really gone down that much, but im putting it down to muscle mass. My actual shape has changed too. From when i first started dieting i was 60kg this was my heaviest my hips were approx 38.5 my waist 26.5 and my bust 36 now i am 35.8 and 25 and 35.5

yeah i am very happy with my hips wish my legs would go thinner as quick as my hips and bum.:D . i actually am quite thin in my upper body but have quite biggish breast i am happy that they didnt go down to much either, thankfully it must be my GENETICS:D .

hey nicole, im totally psyched for you. well done.
im just wondering, when you see those good results what do you do to reward yourself?
im working on dropping a few kilos but i find constant motivation hard
