recommend as I'm having trouble getting the above link to come up.

Have you girls seen this website: The Chromium Connection (http://www.chromiumconnection.com/), he has a blog linked on that site where people ask him questions or tell him their experiences with it, mostly in regards to their depression

Thanks Sherrie , I found the FAQ section very helpful . I also believe since taking chromium I have a lot less cravings for sure .
