Thanks for the welcome. Well my weight these days is around 80kg from close to 130kg..:D

I don't strictly LC anymore have not done so for a while. I am finding i am able to maintain my weight and not put it on.

I don't go CARB mad or anything like that but i generally will have carbs but i keep the % of the carb lower than the Protein or fats.

These days i have 2 meals and a snack and that does me.

Thanks for asking Sherrie. She is good and has also done well. She weighs around 53-55kg now. Works in the Fragrance and Cosmetic side of things in one of the dept. stores.

Again not strict LC probably a little more liberal than me with the CARBS but hey her choice and she seems to be able to handle it ok.


So i would say we are not stricly LC disciplined but modified to suit at this stage.

If it comes back well we'll just have to baton down the hatches and start again. But i doubt i will allow myself to get to the weight i was before. I would say my wife feels the same..lol

How about you how are finding running the site etc. You have held it togther well and have refreshed it to some degree i feel.

Unless i am mistaken you had a birth is that correct?

Pegasus that is fantastic!

Do you two weigh often? I weigh daily, so other then when I was pregnant LOL I found it kept my weight in check. It's much easier to keep it in check if you catch it early.

I am enjoying it, I didn't know anything about this stuff so its all been a learning experience for me.

Yup I had a baby girl, she is now 21 months old and high maintenance LOL

Usually once a fortnight not daily.
