It's like we are living on an alien planet.

Seriously!

It goes to show how educated and smart people can be so ignorant. Soooo Ignorant.

I don't think much of dieticians at all!

From the article:

"What to eat

Raw (unpasteurised) milk, full-fat dairy, butter, cream, eggs, offal (liver, kidneys), coconut oil, broths, lamb tallow, grass-fed beef.

What to avoid

Soy, vegetable oils, processed foods such as cereal, refined sugar, margarine, canned foods, artificial vitamins, additives, colouring, and pasteurised, homogenised, skim or low-fat milk."

For me personally, soy tastes foul, my optomotrist says stay away from vegetable oils - macular degeneration, cereal & bread makes me bloated and have embarressing smelly botty burps, refined sugar - no comment, margarine, nothing natural in it, and as for the rest of the crap.....

I'm going to the GP tomorrow for a few things, I'm going to get a whole lot of blood tests done inclusing cholesterol & triglycerides etc just to satisfy myself. Last time I was doing this WOE my cholesterol was 2.9, can't beat that!

And what's even better is that cholesterol is irrelevant ;)

:D Now that's another hurdle our society has to jump.

I can't wait for her talk. Should be really interesting. I wonder if there will be any hecklers (dieticians) in the audience ?

Yeah I have trouble reacting to things from my right. I have been hit by a car whilst riding a bike because of this, also nearly cleaned up when I was pregnant with Ryan and crossing a road at the lights when it said walk (on north terrace). Some impatient lady pulled out of her lane and ran the red light. Luckily Ryans dad was with me and he grabbed me as I had no idea. Numereous occasions, even happened during a driving lesson, luckily the instructor had his own brakes. Heck I even walk into people coming from my right, especially coming out of aisles. I never see it coming, not at all.

That said, I am aware of it now and am extra careful, but not sure if thats good enough to drive.

No idea though I have had a pretty big rock (bigger then my head) roll down the hill at waterful gully I think it was and hit me right in the side of the head behind my ear just missing my temple, though that was my left side, probably a little younger then Ryan when that happened, No fractures or anything, just stitches. But then I've had lots of knocks to my head lol its called a brother LOL.
