I had to try this
I did it a few times while I was taking a shower
I thought I would be sick, but it wasnt that bad
I cant say it worked or not
I didnt do it long enough

Can't see how it works, or be a benefit for anything else other than what's in the mouth..I thought when first reading that mixing it with the saliva would do something when swallowed, but seeing you have to spit it, and your saliva out, how can it help you metabolism...
Of course I will probably try it now just to see what it is like :D
won't be much swishing between my teeth though as I have dentures :D
Now theres a thought maybe it will rot or melt my dentures:(:(
