Hubby had a health check at work and the girl told him his BMI is good - elite athlete level. I told him it's a crock and that according to BMI, Arnold Schwarzenneger(sp?) is obese. lol

She also told him his cholesterol is too high. You don't want to know what I said then.:o

Thanks for that. I'm doing an assignment on obesity and one of the questions was what do you think of the BMI? Would you use it with a client?

LOL When I went to see my doc, first visit, he told me my cholesterol was high I said "cool"....he looked at me like I was crazy!!! Then I told him I didn't believe the cholesterol = heart disease theory and he just shook his head! :D

He was pleased when I said I was following low carb....and I even gave him a print out of my plan, which specified I used butter and coconut oil only! ;)
