Hi there, I am new to this way of communicating & came across this website when searching for Low GI/GL recipes.

I have in the past followed a low carb lifestyle with moderate exercise but fell off the wagon about 12 months ago & slowly but surely the kgs have crept back on again. So it's now time to get on track again & I am looking forward to interacting with what appears to be many inspired people.

You might like to start a diary to keep yourself accountable/keep record. You will find we are very active there :)

Was there a particular low carb diet you were following? Are you going back to the same one?

Hey Jonvic, so good to see another NSW person here. I seem to be one of the very few. Mostly WA folk but VERY VERY WONDERFUL PEOPLE it is like a family cause if you are down there is always someone to give you a kick in the but, give you a cyber hug or just empathise with you.
Do start a diary - it is a great way of keeping things in perspective.

I have noticed these tapes measuring goals, they are great, could someone help me on how to load one on.... Thant will soon get me accountable... Cheers

Just double click on Pothvar's tape and you will be taken straight to the site.

The tape measures are generally referred to as tickers, they are something members like to insert into their signatures. You need a certain number of posts before signatures are enabled, the reason being, is spammers like to spam websites in the signature so this is used to help prevent them from ruining it for everyone else by abusing our forum.
