A Pinch of Health forum does not tolerate spam of any kind.
With the huge increase in spam of late, over the last several months, I have taken various measures to help minimise and discourage spamming and thought that it may be a good idea if I mention it here.
Because of this I have also added steps to the registration process to help weed out bots as well as added criteria to memberships where you have to meet certain criteria before you use certain features like signatures. This criteria will most likely change as I fine tune/experiment or if spam increases.
Once you have shown to be a legitimate user these features will be available but linking of websites in signatures are for personal websites only.
If you register to post spam on our forums you will automatically be banned, reported and your urls or email addresses will be censored immediately, period.
Please be aware these changes are not personal (well unless you are a spammer :)), and are put into place so you and everyone else can enjoy these forums in a spam free manner. If you are unsure whether something you wish to post will be considered spam then please contact me first.
