Hi every one ,
I just put this together for my tea one night . Good cold with salad the next day .
Tuna Bake
large tin of tuna , 3 eggs , 1 cup of cheese , lots of parslely .onion, tomato.
place beaten eggs , tuna , cheese , parslely onoin in bowl and mix well. Place in oven dish . Place sliced tomato on top and a little more cheese on top . Bake in oven 30 mins .
Next time I am going to add cream cheese or sour cream .
Will let you know .

Mmmm will definately try that some time!
Might be good with some spinach added aswell.

I made this tonight and added some sour cream, spinach, salt, pepper and nutmeg,
Absolutely delicious!

It is good with sour ceam and spinach ( I have it growing in my garden ) Must try nutmeg in it .

Ladybird, how much sour cream do you add to your tuna bake.
It's delicious by the way;)
I made it on Friday and it is great! It will be great to make and take to work for lunch. I think I will add some cheese to the top when cooked and place under the grill....should give it a nice crunchy top. Yum

Hi Moonstruck .
I add about 1 good heaped tablespoon of cream cheese . You have to mix it well in .
And Oggi I love it cold or just warm with salad .
