Hi Jodz
We lost the capping off the back fence (along with the attached shadecloth)..it's the cats run actually. I didn't realise til early afternoon...so lucky none of the cats decided to make a run for the Big Smoke while they had the chance lol. All fixed now.
And the garage sprung quite an amazing amount of leaks...
Other than that, all is fine :-)
How did you go?

Hey Nat
Glad to hear not too much damage, i dare say your cats were probably petrified? My dog didnt leave my side and my cat well we didnt see her (hiding in the cupboard)
We have a shattered garden.. the few plants i was trying to keep alive (not doing a very good job of thanks to the 40 degree days) pretty much got uprooted and shuffled about, the dog also decided that when it did calm down , the new landscaping from the storm, inspired her to do a bit of redecorating and i now have a few rather large holes..
But other then that, overflowing gutters some with holes that will need to be mended and that's it thank goodness!

thank you for your kind welcome, i have already learnt so much, for example i was going crazy on my free days mainly with bread and icecream and couldnt work out why i felt so crap the next day, until i read about carb hangover, it is exactly like a real hangover, so i have learnt my lesson!

Christi
30-11-2012, 07:42 PM
thank you for your concern Sherrie, i am now 10 kilos lighter, although i am on body trim i am not that strict. although if its a choice of high carb or high fat, i go high fat, that is thanks to this forum. it seems to work too. fat is so much more satisying than sugar. i saw a friend i havent seen for a couple of months and she couldnt believe how slim i look :)
