Hey there all!

Yes I am from Adelaide. I have been trying low carb for a few months and am finding it difficult. I have put on weight as my lifestyle is very busy and find it hard to plan ahead.

My social life and family also make it very difficult.

I have joined this blog to get some help from others who are low carbing as everyone I know thinks I am crazy and going to die on it!

Any suggestions

Lis:rolleyes:

Thanks Kimmie,

I really need to get back on track because I feel better on low carb. My family continue to cook me risottos, lasange, trifle, apple crumble etc! It really upsets me because They are all struggling with their weight. I have stopped going to my parents for dinner once a week because they don't support what I eat.

I find everything in Australia is so sugar loaded. Even canned asparagus has sugar added. We don't have a lot of sugar free products like the USA.

Thanks for the support.

Hi again Lis :)

It's better to eat fresh food in the long run anyway. But sometimes the sugar free things are nice for a treat.
