This week I walked for 1.40 mins on Sunday, - Monday did a 1 hour boxercise class - Tuesday pump class and on Wednesday a 1hour walk - By Wednesday I was so hungry and no matter what low carb food I ate I craved sugar - so I gave in again. I usually exercise 5 Days a week - should I cut down on exercise if I intend to follow a low carb diet or can you please give advice on grams of carbohydrate to consume with this actvity level - I am not overweight but I started a low carb diet to rid myslef of sugar cravings - Is it possible that low carb is not for me

Hmm are you eating enough?
I know your not trying to lose weight so what are you eating?
The only exercise that may be a problem for you *if* done at high intensity, is the boxercise and pump class and that should only be if you are eating very low carb. Personally, I find exercise to reduce my hunger but everybody is different.

Let us know what you're eating.
Are you having protein post workout? Not that I know anything about it other than what I've read over the years.

I find that exercise makes me hungry as well. However, if you have a few glasses of water before eating something, you might find you were thirsty, not hungry at all. If youre still hungry, i find a boiled egg or two eaten slowly can do the trick
I think that physically active people need some carbohydrates. I do not think it wise for someone with as active a lifestyle as you have to completely cut out the good carbs.
