Hi everyone I am new here.
A friend recommended this forum to me. I am not really a low carber as such. I do take note of carbs well more so the sugar factor of the food I eat. But I cannot tolerate a lot of artificial sweetners or fats. So I am basically on a eat healthy and exercise program. But I am aware of the whole carb thing.
I have about 30 kilos to lose and have been going nearly a month now with food and six weeks with the exercise. It will be a slow process as I have in my life done every diet known to man kind and then some, so it gets harder to lose each time. But I will prevail.
