Trying to work out the carbs in some coconut flour I have just bought. It says on the nutritional panel -
NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
Serve per 100g
Energy 1735KJ
Protein 19.3g
Fat, total 8.6g
- saturated 8.1g
- unsaturated 0.5g
- trans fat 0g
Cholesterol 0g
Sodium 80mg
Carbohydrate, total 64.7g
- sugars 7.9g
- Dietary Fibre 38.5g
Now the American Nutritional Panel I found says almost exactly the same thing (see below) so would that mean that the one I bought (above) is actually the American Carb Values? Ie I could subtract the fibre?
