Hi, I've seen Bodytrim advertised in a magazine and wondered whether it was worth giving it a go. Apparently all you have to pay is the postage, but are there any other hidden costs?
I've put weight on over the last 2 years and then hurt my back at Christmas and am now restricted to exercise. I used to be lovely an trim and now I'm feeling pretty bad that I've changed so much.
Is it worth it anyone? :)

It depends on whom you talk to... I lost 20kgs in 12 weeks but have all but put it on. It is very restrictive and I found myself feeling very tired and lethargic, in the beginning I couldnt sing its praises enough.
Why not try atkins, it is basically the same but with good fats, the books are cheap to pick up. There is a bodytrim thread on here I'll find the link so you can read.... You can also check out my diary too...
I'm not sure of alot that have had ongoing success with bodytrim to be perfectly honest and I was one of them. I have alot of weight to lose and it got boring real quick.
There are ongoing costs regarding the website, access to weekly bodytrim tv, recipes (updated ones), the chat room and the success trackers, I'm not sure what the fee is now as I opted out after the first month.
I hope this helps I'll find the link for you now... all the best... LR

Hi Jools:cool::D
From one Julie to another,:D I just want to let you know that I have had great success with BT and I really like following the BT lifestyle.
I found the BT website a bit ordinary, but you are so lucky, because this is the website to be at. You will learn so much and get to know some great people.
Cheers and Welcome.:D
Hello Jools and welcome.
Save your money and do it here for free :D If you decide to keep the BT kit you will have to pay for it ($150 or thereabouts)
Atkins allows much more variety, is healthier and free.

My advice would be try a low carb diet like Atkins first as all you need is a $20 book (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution, 2002 edition) maybe even less if you buy it second hand. Another one is called Protein Power but most of us do Atkins.
