View Full Version : why do i get more hugary after 20:00 ?

i get up at 7:00 (2 pcs of cake)
be at work at 07:30
lunch at 13:00 (2 plates of slops)
leave work at 18:00
be home at 19:30

and starvation starts after 20:00...

1200gr. bread+4 full big plates of slops+1 kg fruit+2 cup of cafe+200 gr. cheese+200 gr. yogurt+300 gr.wafer+80. gr chocolate+500gr. fried chicken ....

this is my meal after 20:00...

may be i do need them every night...

I would suggest you get your carbs down as low as possible by eating lots of protein and fats. Add only 1 cup of veges & 2 cups of salad a day and no more.
Try and resist over eating, Drink a large glass of water before your meal and another after your meal then wait a half hour before you decide you need more to eat. If you really feel you need more to eat then eat protein only.

Protein can consist of any red or white meat including fowl, fish & eggs.

If you do this after about 3 or 4 days you should find that your not feeling as hungry and cravings should ease.

This is only my opinion, others may have better suggestions. Cheers

now i understand better how low-carb. diet works....
fowl,fish and eggs can keep one full for a long time whilst food with high carb. makes you feel good for a short time but causes severe starvation ...

Don't forget all your red meats as well, steak, lamb, pork, veal etc., etc.,
they are all good protein sources.
