Since starting the program and also excluding Aspartame from my diet, I have noticed that everytime I clean my teeth, I do not end up with a mouthful of blood.

This always happened in the past and in typical male fashion, I ignored it, whilst always wondering what the hell was happening.

About a week ago, I noticed a substantial reduction had occurred and now there is none.

The correlation is far too close to discount, so I'm relieved to say the least.

I think it was Dave that posted the article on Aspartame, so thanks heaps mate.

A good weekend to all.

Cheers.

Paulee.

Another theory,
My ex husband use to have a lot of bleeding when he brushed his teeth, he drank a lot of alcohol and not much food, apparently alcohol destroys vitamin B and your body can't absorb vitamin C without having B in the system.
As soon as he took some Vitamin B the bleeding would stop.
Now I'm not suggesting for 1 minute that you are a heavy drinker but simply this is just another example of what can happen when your diet is unbalanced.

Totally off topic, but wow Janal, that's some pretty impressive weight loss there!

Good job!

You may well be right Janal, as my alcohol consumption may not have been terribly high, but it was certainly constant and my Vitamin B intake was nil.

This sounds like a plausible explanation.
