when a person has a physical deficiency he/she goes down...

so it is natural for anybody to become more nervous and agressive when he/ she can not have 2 Big Mac Menu+2 max size pizza+half a fried chicken+2 boxes chocolate+1 lt. coke+limitless wafer+limitless candy+limitless chips+limitless dires fruits/nuts....

what can be the most useful way (if there is) to calm down and think positive when starving to death....?

If your doing Atkins you shouldn't be hungry. Eat more protein.

You have a disturbed metabolism. You are producing too much insulin.

The only solution is to get your carbohydrates as low as possible. After a few days of carbs being under 20 grams a day, you hunger will go.

The bulk of what you will need to eat is fatty meat. With the occasional green salad.

Your hunger will go down and your weight will drop.

A typical day of what you could eat:

Breakfast: Fried eggs, maybe with steak?

Lunch: Roast Chicken, mayo and a green salad.

Snacks: Sliced meat or boiled eggs.

Dinner: Roast lamb with green vegetables.



Do you eat pork? That's okay as well if you eat that.

Yeah, I think its better to adjust your daily food intake to those given by LC Dave. Well, for starters its varied also add fruits and vegetables to the list.
