Hi Guys

A memeber here has inspired me to start this new thread.

What she has done is to track her weight loss over the months and recorded it onto a graph and posted it here.

To see something visually like this can be a real help to see what our weight actually does and where it fluctuates and the cycle of our losses and gains.

So anyone who would be interested in doing this, should start to track their weight on a daily basis.

If you know how to use microsoft excel it is very simple to make your own chart.

if anyone knows of a very simple tool to do the graphs, or uses an online one, please let us know as some may find it difficult to create one. I will scour the web later to see if i can find one that is simple and quick to use.

What does everyone think?

Yeah , for sure Wen , that sounds great . I would be very interested if you do find a site that will graph it for us . I wonder what janal uses , hers was great .

There's some posted by previous members as well as an online one on the weight loss tools page: Weight-loss Tools (http://www.apinchofhealth.com/resources/wltools.html)

Thanks Sherrie i'd forgotten about that site, I will paste a graph in here, it is quite easy to use.

here is the website (http://nces.ed.gov/nceskids/createagraph/)

and here is a graph I did of my losses over a few days, which you can edit every day if you like.

I will search for others, so we have a variety, and if you have any trouble just ask and we can help you to get it right.

We don't have to limit recording our graphs to just once a month, every weel, or fortnightly, whichever you prefer.

Welcome Mariascags :)

Initially some features are disabled for new members but this is only temporary and nothing personal. It is just something I have put in place to deter spammers whom like to abuse these features. Get to know everyone around the forums and you will find these features with unlock. Once they do you may find this thread handy: How to: Insert Signatures and Tickers. (http://www.apinchofhealth.com/forum/vbb/showthread.php?t=4658)

In the meantime how about introducing yourself in the introduce yourself section so we can get to know you a little better! :)

My graph was from calorie king as I use this tool to track my weight & food plan although I haven't tracked my food for awhile, But their chart is good.
