I have been keeping a spread sheet of my dieting and the outline of my Atkins plan since day one. I am a spread sheet-a-holic and spread sheet everything lol.
But that's ok!
I have uploaded my spread sheet here, hopefully someone can get some use out of it.
Anyway, you can check it out and see how I went over my journey so far, delete my info and use it all for yourself. I left all my data in their as I am really happy with the success I have had on this diet, and maybe someone will read it, see my week to week journey and think they too, can do this.
Monthly carbs bak at the end of the tabs, is something I was using at the start of my dieting to keep track of what I was having per day carb wise. I stopped this when I got used to the carbs in different foods and found I didn't need to track it anymore. But it is useful. Each month I would copy it again and name the tab March carbs etc.
There are a couple of recipes in the recipes and deserts section, hopefully the carb counts are accurate - you might want to check them lol.
Food carb contents is basically all the common foods I eat and their carb amounts. Just so I had a quick reference on what I was eating. And the diet outline I typed out when starting just to have as a reference on the basics.
So there you go, hope it helps someone. I am also hoping people who are not members here can also download this as well.

The pav turns out ok if you eat it within 5 minutes or so of cooking, otherwise it shrivels a bit and loses it's crispness.
Probably need to cook and eat for desert.
Awesome job - both on the weightloss and the spreadsheet!
I too am a spreadsheet-a-holic as well as a list-aholic, I totally know where you are coming from and I loooove this set up!
Well done :D

Lol, that's ok I would have worked out you got that from the spread sheet.
I posted in your welcome thread, I saw you only had 5 posts and looked in the intro forum and couldnt see you near the top so figured you must not have posted one. My bad!
Your story sounds very similar to my wife's journey with kids, PCOS, IR etc.

Awesome that people are still using the spreadsheet. It is a good resource and I think it shows the weight I lost and how fast.
I am not on here as much now but I am still going well. Maintaining myself somewhere from 90-95kg depending on the time of year etc, but if I think I am growing too large I just hit the low carb a bit more strictly till I am back down.
