Hey Lilly, we do have previous threads on these, if you do a search for shirataki a few will come up, here's one: Shirataki (http://www.apinchofhealth.com/forum/vbb/showthread.php?t=3556) You can also buy the noodles as well as a rice version here: Miracle Noodles and Rice (http://www.miraclenoodle.com?affiliateid=10072)

It happens!

If you see threads come up with konjac or yam these are likely to be shirataki as well :)

Alternate names?

I read somewhere the supplier is in Wagga/Griffith! =D Never thought that living in the middle of nowhere might mean I get access to exotic foods! Will have to check them out today...hopefully I like them!

I ordered mine over the internet, and they were good. Not that they have much taste in themselves but they do take on the flavors of what their put with so all in all their good value (food wise)
Cheers

Do they approve of their email address being listed here if not could you please remove it because it will be harvested by spam bots which they might not appreciate.

Edited the link because this just happens to be what they wanted and were just being devious about it..
