DH bought me Woman's Day magazine, and they have a special offer for the first 500 readers to ring - they will send the entire Bodytrim system including DVD's, reference guides, motivational tools, recipes and free membership to Trim Club with free online and telephone support. They do ask for a $12.95 contribution to postage and handling.

And if you don't lose at least 5kg in the first 11 days then that's all you pay.

If you lose 4kg you can call them and they won't charge a single cent and you get to keep the system.

Is this a good deal - I don't know much about Bodytrim, but I'd love to lose 5kg in 11 days!

Hi Gosfordgirl,

It's totally up to you but the bodytrim thread on this site has almost everything that you could wish for in relation to the program. Some people have said that they are happy that they have the DVD's because it helps them with the motivation side of things and other people have sent them back because they it hasn't really given them that much more knowledge than they already have as it's just a variation of the Low Carb way of eating.

The $12.95 is a great deal but it depends if you want to pay the rest if you do lose the 5kgs. You might also want to ask them if you need to provide any proof of the amount of weight you have lost or if they will just accept your word for it.

Good luck and let us know what you decide!

Thanks Sandra. I will read up on the Bodytrim thread here, but I also thought I'd post about the offer in case others were on the verge of buying and might be interested in trying before they buy.

Yep Snez mentioned it in the bodytrim thread. If you're already in ketosis etc you won't lose 5kg in the first 11 days :)

Hmmm - so if I buy it I'll be able to keep it without paying for it? :p

They probably have a lot of stuff like that in the fine print - you can't be in ketosis, can't be currently dieting, have to have a dr weigh you before and after etc
