Dear Ladies & Gents (far and few between),

I am a big woman. I am a passionate food lover..I love eating, cooking, shopping, watching cooking shows, growing my own food etc...From the moment I wake up, the next meal and preparation of it is on my mind.

I am embarrassed to reveal my weight even though it is on an anonymous forum..Worried about my health and potential of stroke or heart attack or any other fat associated illnesses I put myself on a quest to lose weight.

This journey is SO HARD!! Exercise is currently too hard due to my weight and the rashes that i so quickly develop between my rights and under my armpits even from just trying to walk a couple of miles every day.

Being my size I want to weight loss process to be as healthy as possible and started researching ways to stop and reduce my huge appetite..After going though a number of sites I found a product that is not new but has has a huge amount of success internationally based on a wonder cactus called Hoodia. In Australia there seems to be only one company "hoodia slimming" selling it online and legally with all the right permits. So far I have been using it for 2 weeks and have noticed a drop in my appetite without any other side effects..

Has anyone else had success with this product? Do you have any other tips for me in terms of weight loss? Do you have any stories of encouragement?

Thank you for your support!

Fat But Fighting!

hi jen

i have heard of it ages ago but never tried it

is your weight about overeatig? or poor food choices or lack of exercise?

you need to address all these things
eating only a small amount of rubbish is still not healthy

welcome and hopefully we can give you the support in your journey

BTW love your progress, I wonder if people would even notice me lose 5kg.. I have a while to go yet..

i must admin i have been eating less junk food lately ha ha
can't say if it is because of what i've been taking or just my own motivation and desperation to finally start shedding..

Hi Jen,

So glad to see that you have decided to do something about your weight.
I myself have had problems with my weight since I was a teenager.
I did slim down with heaps of exercise in my early twenties but from my thirties I have not been able to keep it down. I've tried a lot of diets and do try to exercise at least once a week but nothing has really helped.
I recently came across the product I think you are mentioning (did you get from *removed*] ???). Started taking it about 1 and a half weeks ago. The first week I did not notice a significant decrease in my appetite but have since then. Just makes me less hungry. I still have a healthy breakfast (we should all do that) but my lunches and especially dinners have been smaller without driving me crazy :)
I'll continue taking it for a month to help me lose some extra kilos.

Ciao,
Becca
