Just considering giving this program a go , anyone ever tried this program ?
I have looked up the recipes and they seem quite healthy and lowcarb if you choose the right ones . Hmmm what to do ! :)

Thanks Sherrie :) I am currently studying it now , at the start it involves meal replacement shakes etc for 2 meals a day :eek: but then a lovely healthy low carb meal at night . I just got back from buying the 14 pack of shakes and it includes a 7 day free pass to the online help and information .
Tonight I am having crisp pan fried atlantic salmon with lemon baby bok choy . I am chosing low carb meals as my 'real' meal , and hope that the shakes work well with my diabeties . Anyway I am very keen to see how it goes , it may be the kick start I need prior to going full low carb again ....which is my main goal .

Gosh that has changed allot since I gave it a go. I tried it years ago when the web site first opened up. Back then it was just counting calories and eating real food for each meal. Was ok but the calorie counting drove me nuts so I would rely allot on the meal planner but found after 3 or 4 weeks the meal planner would just repeat and show the same meal plans without anything new so I would have to go back to counting the calories and figuring it out for myself, I stuggled because I found the calorie counting so time consuming. There was also an exercise plan worked out for you too. Anyhow it sounds totally different now, will have to let keep us posted on how you go and what you think of it.
