Basically, we are an independent low-carb community that has been around for over 11 years! We like to think outside of the square, focused around low-carbohydrate diets, weight-loss and health with an emphasis on "whole foods" rather then "low carb products" as the dependance on products, is usually what got us into the mess in the first place!
We like to share and learn from each others experiences and hopefully lose some weight and improve our fitness and health in the process. This forum is independent, free and not reliant on selling/pushing a product or a diet plan and thus not bias and trying to sell you something. We have members' following various low-carb diets be it Atkins, Bodytrim, LCHF, Paleo and various others and thus, you will find an assortment of information based on members' experiences during their journey. Make sure to visit and introduce yourself on our support forums (top menu under our banner) as you will find the majority of information and low-carb recipes are there. I did plan on a separate recipe section but I'm still trying to work out how to implement this successfully so that search engines don't get upset with me.

If you're interested in some of the downsides to dieting, then you may be interested in our very low-calorie dieting research page which is also linked in our left menu.
