Hope you are well, just a quick question. I have done really well over the last 2 weeks eating a more vegan diet. I am still very much watching the sugar content and restricting the volume and type of carbs I eat but I am having up to 1/2 cup wholegrains with each meal. I have no idea if this is in any way low carb... I guess my question is are you still happy for me to continue my thread with what I ate as it does keep me super accountable and I love it. However, I recognise I may no longer be a perfect fit for this website??
