    hi gosford girl.im mike.i live at nth entrance and just started doing low carb last saturday.its tough for me because i hate most vegetables except the bad ones.i am currently 109 kg and need to get to about 85kg...im struggling with energy at the moment.i was on atkins about 5 years ago and after ballooning out to 127kg and having bad depression lost 39 kg and kept it off for most of the time but have lost the plot the last 12 months and have crept back up...its hard but its worth it..good luck...mike

    I have the same goal weight as you. What diet plan are you following? And for how long? How are you finding it? I've almost lasted a week now. Am dying to see what my weight will be on Wednesday.
