    Hello Beamer, you will find not many people will notice your visitor messages on your profile as people only go to your profile for a specific reason. Your best bet would be to start a diary in the diary section and pop in the bodytrim thread as well if you haven't already.

  7. help, Hi everyone iam 50 and very sad not to have achieved what i want in my life.
    i so want to look my best and be healthy.my weight is not what it should be at my age my worst body part is my legs, they are not very attractive and i have vericose vains,iam a size 14 and smaller in some cloth ,my legs seem to be lumpy and very unatractive around the knees, i have had 3 kids,i have been doing a half hour walk every morning and lost 2 kg but recently 2 years ago i lost 10 kg on the protein food plan, can anyone give me an advice on what should i do with my legs,vericose vains are my worst and those lumps around the knees.please
  8. good morning,back on track half hour walk in the morning certainly does a world of good,eggs and baccon and a piece of fruit,dinner last night was chicken with coriander and garlic so worth the wait for and i added 2 table spoon of mixed beans.and i feel so good this morning.

    beamer on the road,to looking good in time for my sons wedingi october.i walk the half hour every morning.
    done three day detox on protein only,and this is my second day on healthy life and have chosen the protein way becouse it has works very well, lost 10 kils about 2years ago,so back on it.wish me luck
