So I was having a look back through my diary and I realised I've lost quite a bit for someone who has been on and off the healthy wagon.
I started in june last year weighing in around 80kg and this week I weighed in at 66.6kg ..
I have not really done a massive amount of exercise on my journey to this point, I tried and then ended up with a popped knee which took a lonnnnnng time to get over and then just when i thought it was go time I started getting migranes which
Walking.. its funny how we all seem to do it every single day.. but when we want to do it for "exercise" suddenly your mood changes for the better or worse!
I've been walking for over a week now and I have to admit although at first it was a bit of a push to walk the last 5 minutes home..... I pictured myself laying flat on the footpath with sweat running down my body .. luckily for me it didnt come to that and after a few days I was in the motion and i found as i did it
I started at 72.5kg monday morning.
Monday I started the detox, I have to admit i felt a little poopy.. headaches and wotnot but i drank heaps of water and they cleared up.
Tuesday I weighed 71.8kg
Tuesday I was struggling to battle the cravings for sugary foods, anything sweet! but i pulled myself together in the end and had a successful detox day. I drank heaps of water today too.
Wednesday I weighed 71.3kg
