Looks like I need to read this thread from start to finish! More info to research & stock up on!![]()
oh my goodness
I just returned from the supermarket (Woolies) and I am so excited, I found Aeroplane Jelly Light (sugarfree) in Lemon Flavour!!!!!
I have been looking for a sugarfree lemon jelly forEVER and seriously considered ordering some from the US. I bought 5 packets just in case it disappears hahaha
I use the jelly to make 'cheesecake' by blending a sachet with 250ml boiling water and 250g of cream cheese then set as usual. I have had to make do with lime flavour which is nice but lemon is what I crave![]()

What about lemon juice and sweetener?
Thank you, I have also been looking for sugar free lemon jelly for ages, so I will stock up on them as well - it's about time they made lemon I'm sure many people would be looking for it, for cheesecakes etc. I eat a cup of jelly every day so I always have a lot of jellies in the cupboard & now lemon will be added.

I use Phillyit's really creamy and satisfies my sweet tooth. I have never tried to use ricotta but I have seen recipes using cottage cheese and cream too so I am sure you could probably just use why u have on hand just make sure u blend it really well so there aren't lumps.
I think I'd much prefer the cream cheese over ricotta! Would seem more like a cheesecake!

low joule will be sugar free!
I use the aeroplane jelly light they are really good value and they have a good range of flavours

Not sure if this goes here but at Woolworths this week Select Almonds including Almond Meal is 1/2 price. $1.80 for 150grams works out about $12/kg.

This is the one for the supermarket specials: low carb price specials
