I got the carbs counting thing worked out now
I didn't like Calorie King. I use a program called 'Perfect Diet Tracker'. It's not free but it works really well for me cos I can put my own ingredient contents in there in the Australian version without having to stuff around with converting the American stuff.
Having said that I'm not really counting much these days. I read labels & most of the stuff in the house is now LC so I'm pretty safe to eat most of what's in the cupboard. I 'think' I'm doing about 1700 calories & about 30 carbs ... but whatever I'm doing is working at the moment. Over the last couple of weeks everythings just kicked into place & I've been really happy with my losses.
The other thing I'm doing is trying to stay OUT of ketosis. I know that's the opposite to what I'm supposed to do, but I go in & out of ketosis quite easily & find the headaches unbearable ... so I'm better off when I'm not in it.
I'm no longer having sugar cravings & can walk past the honesty box in the lunchroom without feeling dragged towards it.
I've also relaxed a lot about what I'm eating & I'm not obsessing about being on a 'diet'. I'm just eating different foods than I used to eat
