I refuse to use Teflon point blank, Garry has had many lectures on this haha, same with microwaves, I won't let him buy one and currently I am trying to phase out plastic containers from our kitchen which we rely on way too much!

Teflon is a no, no period. Regarding microwaves there is plenty of research out there to show using plastics in the microwave is a bad idea this also goes for putting hot foods in plastic containers or even using cling wrap with hot foods.

Heck makes me wonder about heating milk in plastic baby bottles, lucky for me I breastfeed so I don't have to worry about that.
