Hi there, I am new to this way of communicating & came across this website when searching for Low GI/GL recipes.
I have in the past followed a low carb lifestyle with moderate exercise but fell off the wagon about 12 months ago & slowly but surely the kgs have crept back on again. So it's now time to get on track again & I am looking forward to interacting with what appears to be many inspired people.
