    Potassium

    Hi there,

I've read the potassium is a good suppliment to help with all the fluid we're losing and reduce amounts of toilet runs! (running to the toilet - not the other runs!!)

I can't seem to find it anywhere though - is it under another name?? I didn't ask at my friendly shop yet but thought I'd ask here first since it's raining outside and I couldn't be bothered to brave the rain!!

Blackmores sell one, you can find Blackmores in supermarkets, chemists etc

I think the potassium has a light blue label. If you take it just follow directions on the bottle but do not take it if you take any type of potassium sparing duretic

I used to use the Hilton Healthstream one - it was perfect! I would get chronic migraines if I did not take the Potassium - unfortunately, they sold out, and the company that took over no longer makes it - darn it! Fortunately I still have one bottle left.

I did find this one on my Google hunt:

    http://www.enutrition.com.au/dev/product.php?p_id=207

That is the right amount of potassium as recommended by the Eades on the Protein Power Plan - but I've not ordered anything from this company before - anyone know them?

I have not heard of that website before, I tried to have a look but the page won't load for me.

I think it is very interesting that they help you with your migraines, a member here known as PP (for PurplePixie) suffers bad migraines, she ended up having a hysterectomy to try and get rid of them but she still gets them.

$21.95 for 120 magnesium and potassium aspartate, not a bad price..I notice it has taurine as an ingredient. I bought some of that for a bit of oomph!!!
