    Re: Bodytrim Diet

Seeing i've been off BT for a couple of weeks i'm going back through carb withdrawls, along with that comes the terrible nights sleep.. i love it not.... down 1.1kg(114.7) overnight but still got a wee way to go to get back to to where i was (110.9 started at 123.3)

Welcome back Bradders... 3.8kgs is nothing... you should have that finished before Christmas.... I imagine it would be hard to get back into the zone when you've been off for a while.. I dont trust myself enough that I would be able to do it. It takes enough strength to go onto PO after the free day !!
Look forward to reading your diary.

Welcome back Bradders, I guess December is not going to be an easy month for any of us. However as long as we fit a couple of PO days in after indulgences we should come out the other end without too much weight gain at leas. Or so I hope

    Re: Bodytrim Diet

Thanks for the encouragment guys!!! Yes a dress size does feel good, but my husband still can't see it! Peopel that I don;t see regulary have all said they can see it even without me saying I'm dieting!!
Welcome back Bradders, it has been a little quiet on the forum fron here in the last couple of days (me included) so It is great to see some action. I haven;t noticed the sleeping thing, but now that you have mentioned it, I did have an awful nights sleep on Saturday, that was my free day!! Isn't that interesting?
I was really please with the .7kg lose, i wish I could have at least that every week. Next Saturday (Weigh day) I am goin to get on the Wii fit and weigh, as that was the same weight as our old scales, so that will tell me my real lose total. I'm hoping for another 2kg before christmas!!! Of course Xmas day is goin to be my free day!!! But i have planned a lot of seafood so I can eat semi good. I'm still struggling in getting all my water in at work, I am running around outside in this heat, so it is more important now to drink more, I just don't seem to find the time!!! I think I am adveraging 1.5 litres a day, so I will really try and increase that!.
    Better go

    Wooooho!

    Going well over here.
Started on 30 Nov with 73.3kg and this morning scales said 70.5kg!

    Can this be possible?
Watson was right - I might make my 70kg goal for Xmas.

I've never seen anything like it. The weight is just coming off with the low-carb BT diet.

    Is everybody experiencing this?
Perhaps I shouldn't get too excited... Hard not to!
This is the best I've done for a long time.

    Re: Bodytrim Diet

That means you're doing everything right Miss Sunny! It's amazing isn't it?
I'm not doing too well this week but the scales are stuck but I know the reasons why. As long as I don't get back to where I started from I'm happy. I know how to reduce the weight further quickly in January!

I know how you feel. And yes you do lose weight really fast on this diet. For example I started my BT on the 27th of October and I have already lost over 13 kilos in just over 6 weeks. Keep at it and you will smash all your expectations...

    Re: Bodytrim Diet

ok, only a .3 lose this week for me, but I think I know some of the reason why. We very often buy/go out for dinner on the Friday evening. My free day isn't until Saturday, so even though I eat according to plan, i think there may be hgidden carbs and proberly a LOT of salt. So I then am having a free day Saturday as well, so it is like i'm having 1.5 days free day. So only 5.5 days of weight lose a week. So from next week I am going to have my free day on friday.
Ok that is my thought for the week

    Re: Bodytrim Diet

    Hi Kristy,

    I know how you feel.
However, now that I am 2 weeks into it I am starting to realise that it's not about losing total control on free day (although it's hard) but perhaps have a little indulgence and have some of those things that you really really miss (e.g. fruit, chocolate, perhaps pasta).

Said that, that's a new learning for me - I of course went a bit overboard on my free day (saturday) but overall I have still lost 1.2 kgs since last monday.

Not bad... but I know it could have been more.
I'll be wiser next free day (I hope!!)

    Re: Bodytrim Diet

Thanks for the reply Miss Sunny, I have tried just indulging a 'little' i wasn't loosing much then either!! It was strange this week, the day after free day I was .1kg lighter!!!! I am still weighing the same as I did on WI day!, so this week is a little weird, but at least it is going downa dn not up!!
