    Cocktail Franks - coles

Today I was down at the local Coles (Grocery Store for the overseas people here) and I thought I would ask the Deli if they had a nutrition information details for their cocktail franks.

She grabbed the bag they come in and I found out they are 7g carbs per 100g. I weighed a frank that I had in the fridge and it weight 28 grams. So this works out to be 1.96g carbs per frank.

If you have some spare carbs and are a lover of franks. Go for it with maybe one
