    Wow maca seems quite interesting, wish I had know about it a couple of years ago, would have taken it and made my life much better.

    Jojo do you still take the maca?? I have heard of it just wondered how it really works first hand.... i cant remember where i read it but i remember hearing that it also helps clear up age spots and to retain youthfulness.... tell me how its is, where you get it how much etc...

    Just saw this post! I take Maca every day (well, when I remember which is nearly every day )

    The effects are subtle, but I definitely notice I have consistent energy all day. No mid-afternoon slump ~ my energy just feels more leveled out and I'm more alert.

    There was another thread about it somewhere on here... Wenny was taking it too and noticed increased energy.

    I haven't noticed it clearing up age spots? Not sure I have any! lol

    Jo was taking it in powder form, but I take the tablets. 500 mg a day. They're not expensive and you should be able to find them in health food stores or chemists.

    i havent been taking the macca
    just checked out my bagful and looking really yuk - like a weevil has got into it so might go and grab some new stuff today
    can be part of my morning muesli mix which has wheatgerm and protein powder plus the 12 grains and seeds i make up myself
