Hi everyone, I am new here and I am on a new low carb journey, but over time I have found myself to be really addicted to starchy carbs like white bread with margarine, pastas, doritos etc.
I have done Tony Ferguson a few times, only to find my insides all stuffed up in some form or shape and I think that awful program is part of the reason why I can't seem to last a day without having some sort of affair with the carb
I am really giving it my everything, but I am not how I can continue with this urge to ruin low carbing by geting a fix of the carb stuff. It really makes me sad and feel like giving up sometimes.
I just really want to stay on track, so any tips to help my body deal with the withdrawal of this terrible carb addiction would really be appreciated.
