I am here reporting for Boot Camp.
My weight this morning was 73.6 kilos.
I am ready to eat LC and do some excercise each day for the next 2 weeks.
Breakfast has started OK. Made pancakes again, and had them with cream
I am on my first cup of tea and will have two cups of coffee at work to start teh working day.
Gotta go make lunch for today.![]()

L: 200g deer steak

Late night snack: Psyllium shake (vanilla, raw egg, TBSP psyllium husk, water)
Hard boiled egg
20g tinned tuna
Ok, numbers are a bit high for Body Trim, but I did stick to lean cuts. Hopefully my appetite will taper off.

well I did not weigh in this morning, but will weigh tomorrow.
B- Flax seed cracker and 18g of cream cheese
L- Two boiled eggs
D- 3 turkey mince hamburger patties and some broccoli.
S- 24 Almonds and a glass of white wine at fashion show
Looks like I'm doing body trim but I'm not, just didn't get organised very well today and had a chronic headache which I took lots of tabs for (they will constipate me now! erg) I spent the afternoon in bed with a headache so no exercise today. Fingers crossed for a better day tomorrow.![]()

Lunch : Seafood marinara in creamy brocoli sauce (woolies have gourmet marinara mix on special for $9.95 ....bargain)
Dinner : 1/8 BBQ chicken
Water 3 x 600 mls (1.8 litres)
decaff 3 each with 1/2 teas cream
Earl grey tea x 1 with dash milk
Exercise : 12 mins of treadmill until I fell off and had to stop due to injuries
Great work Lilly , Ladybird , Tracey , wenever and justjoanna , we all made it through day 1 , so pats on the back all round. Oh also for Sheri , Snez and Sammy , not sure if they have joined Bootcamp Yet , but they all did fantastic today as well .
Checking in and been travelling all day., so here is my menu on the go....

[served at 8am by wonderful hubby although egg was a bit raw and slipped of the plate]

L. 2 x Hot and spicy chicken thighs. [well bland and boring really]

I was pretty thirsty yesterdayand dehydrated...I just down an entire bottle when feel hungry or at the start of every hour.
On another note, well done everyone!!! Looks like everyone stuck to plan and did great...there's gonna be a bunch of very hot girls in a fortnight!!

I find it easier to report in the morning for the day before so here was my day yesterday.
B: psyllium pancake with cream cheese, green tea
morning: 2 x coffee with cream
L:roast beef and lettuce and tomato with mayonnaise (only a little bit)
Afternoon: small piece of sponge cake with cream (not good but yummy)
Snack; roast beef
D: chicken wings and cauli mash
after dinner: slice cheesecake
drinks, 2 x herbal tea and about 1 and a half litres water
I know it is a pitiful startto boot camp, but on the bright side, I know I can do better.
Couldn't really do any worse than this day.

I think the cake in the arvo, for bday celebrations set it off and then I had to run around driving in the arvo and no excercise so I ate instead.
Today , I am starting off well and there will be no cake today.
I will log in again tomorrow morning, with a much better day.
