I have noticed a lot of emails from TPG bouncing, if you are not receiving your activation or subscription emails and you are with TPG you need to contact them and have them unblock our domain from their email server. In the meantime you could change your email address in your profile so you can activate your account.
PS: this applies to others with similar issues as this same problem happens with other isps or email hosts like yahoo, hotmail etc from time to time.
