    Sad state of the Mens Health board!

    Although I'm a new member I'm a bit sad to see that the last post in this section was over 12 months ago Surely there are some blokes out there trying to lose weight? I can't be the only one?

    Although forums like this etc are helpful, it can be a bit frustrating at times to always be surrounded by women! Sometimes you just needs guys to talk to, so if you're out there say g'day
